About Me

My
Story
Twenty years ago, my life was a complete disaster. I was immersed in a never-ending cycle of drug addiction, completely detached from reality. Despite managing to hold onto jobs, my addictions hindered me from becoming the person I aspired to be. My struggle for freedom mirrored that of countless other addicts. Although desperate for liberation, I remained clueless about how to achieve it. During that time, I resided in Alaska as a single individual approaching forty years old. Determined to embark on an extraordinary endeavor, I set out to write a book by embarking on an exhilarating motorcycle journey from the northernmost part of Alaska all the way down to Costa Rica. My intention was to gather enough captivating experiences along the way to craft a bestselling novel. Unfortunately, I never completed this ambitious undertaking due to my lack of clear purpose and the ongoing influence of my addictions.
Despite the amazing experiences I had during my journey, things took a turn for the worse instead of improving. Filled with despair, I reached a point where I considered ending my own life and continued to engage in destructive and addictive behaviors for several years. Even though I attempted to seek help through Narcotics Anonymous, attending 90 meetings in 90 days, it proved ineffective as I eventually relapsed. In light of this, behavioral science indicates the significance of undergoing a spiritual transformation. To alter my harmful core beliefs, I discovered methods like meditation, prayer, and self-hypnosis to reprogram my mind. These steps are encompassed within RTT - a therapeutic approach that utilizes evidence-based techniques to equip individuals with the necessary tools for positive change. Drawing inspiration from various traditional psychotherapies such as gestalt, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and spiritual mindfulness.
The impact of my transformation has instilled in me a deep sense of gratitude, motivating me to support others who are going through similar struggles in finding their inner strength and rekindling their love for life.
According to Denzel Washington, the act of giving is the most self-centered action he has ever taken in his life, as it brings him immense joy. This realization has led me to discover my purpose in life: assisting others in overcoming their challenges, as it provides me with that same sense of fulfillment. Given the blessings I have received, I would be delighted to aid you in uncovering your true potential!
